Currently, they face challenges with appointment booking, customer engagement, and staff scheduling.
I wanted to grasp the broader market context in which BodyCraft Salon operates. By examining competitors, I aimed to identify industry trends, best practices, and areas for differentiation. This would help me understand what clients and stylists expect from a salon experience and how BodyCraft can innovate and improve.
Quantitative research complements the qualitative insights gathered during competitive analysis, providing a more comprehensive understanding of the users and market. By combining both approaches, I can triangulate my findings and increase the validity of my research.
